It is interesting to note that, most disputes in our Courts today don’t need be there in the first place had litigants sought advice from legal experts. Most of these disputes are referred to ADR. At Wycliffe Nyabuto Advocates, we assist clients in resolving disputes fairly, practically and effectively through ADR mechanisms such as Negotiation, Mediation and Arbitration. We encourage our clients to use these mechanisms without the need to resort to protracted and expensive litigation. Only when ADR has failed do we advise on proceeding to Court as a last resort.
